• Any product being returned must be complete and should be in its original packaging.

We attempt to ship out orders within 3 to 5 business days  via UPS/USPS. If you need the order delivered  before a specific date please email us and we will make best efforts to accommodate to your requirements.

Please make sure to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure the delivery time, as the turn around time will be dependent on the volume we would be processing on that particular week. 

Once the package has left our hands, we do not have control over the following:

• Delays caused by the shipping company due to weather, strike or any other circumstances beyond control.
• Damage or theft of packages after the package has been delivered to the specified address. 
• Returned or delayed packages due to an incorrect or undelivered shipping address.
• Packages left unattended outside in warm weather.
