We take great care in handcrafting and hand packing our chocolate delights and work around the best possible ways to ensure that you receive your orders in the most perfect condition. We follow good manufacturing practices and make every effort to ensure quick turn around to minimize transit delays.
General Shipping Policy
We charge flat Shipping cost within USA and Canada for different price ranges. For outside USA and Canada please contact us prior placing the order online. Please email us at email@example.com. We use UPS or local postal service for all our shipping.

Most of our chocolates are made to order. We attempt to ship out orders within 5 to 10 business days. If you need the order delivered before a specific date please email us and we will make best efforts to accommodate your requirements.
Make sure to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure the delivery time, as the turn around time will be dependent on the volume we would be processing on that particular week.
Once the package has left our hands, we do not have control over the following:
• Delays caused by the shipping company due to weather, strike or any other circumstances beyond control
• Damage or theft of packages after the package has been delivered to the specified address
• Returned or delayed packages due to an incorrect or undelivered shipping address
• Packages left unattended outside in warm weather

Warm Weather Shipping Policy
When shipping in warm weather or to warm destinations we use ice packs and Mylar for insulation (an additional $10.00) will be added in the shipping cost) to ensure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. To limit time in transit and prevent your chocolates from melting, orders will only ship on Mondays or the first business day of the week. We suggest that you organize to receive the package so it is not left outside in warm weather for too long.
Please note that we make every effort to notify the recipient that a package will be arriving, as we cannot be responsible for items left unattended in warm weather.
